- Monday, 9.11.2026, site visit to "Hovedstadens Letbane", the new Ring3 Tramway
- Tuesday, 10.11.2026, “Light Rail Day” Conference day with lectures
- Fee for Monday and Tuesday: 990,- € net
- Fee for “Tuesday only”: 890,- € net. Register for “Tuesday only” her.
- Fee plus 25 % Danish VAT (moms)
VAT rules for events are based on where the event takes place. As a result, some of our conferences and workshops are subject to local VAT, even when organised by our Danish company.
The VAT is set by the local authorities and is paid directly to them. Depending on your organisation and local tax regulations, you may be able to reclaim the VAT in your home country through your normal VAT reporting process or applicable refund procedures.

Greenland Defender T-Shirt
The T-shirt is part of your participant fee and will only be handed out during the event. We will not send the T-Shirt to you.
Terms
By submitting this booking you agree in our terms. This includes:
- Pictures from you can be taken during the conference and being published later on.
- Your contact data like Name, address, mail, phone will be stored and used for our marketing, f. ex. Newsletter and Postcards.
- Name, company, country and mail will be published on our participant list.
