Light Rail Day
Bernd Reuss has turned 60 in 2024 and he is based in Copenhagen/Denmark. As an event manager, he organizes the most important international tramway conference in the Nordic countries "Light Rail Day" and in Germany the conference "Moderner Stadtverkehr". He was program director and moderator for several events in the railway and public transport sector. In 2023 for the international “Mobil-Lux” transport congress, which was organized, among others, by the Ministry of Mobility in Luxembourg. He has designed various conferences in the transport sector for DVV-Media Verlag. He is member of the bord at the NLRA-Nordic Light Rail Association.
Light Rail Day
Daniel is the new “Program Manager” at Light Rail Day. Behind the scenes, he manages the speakers, ensuring that presentations are available on time and that the technology works. He first attended “Light Rail Day” in Odense in 2023 as a photographer, and "I do the magic" has often been his answer to the question of what his role entails. Together with Bernd, he creates content for our LinkedIn posts and newsletters, produces speaker announcements, and helps out as an all-rounder. Daniel is from Austria, now based near Copenhagen/Denmark and comes from a professional background in video production and marketing, with a focus on visual storytelling and strategic communication. He is still new to the transport and light rail sector, but Daniel is a quick learner.
